What are your bags made from?
Our bags are made from recycled raw linen, chosen for its strength, durability and premium feel. Inside, we use a PEVA lining which provides insulating properties and makes the bag easy to wipe clean.

Are the bags easy to clean?
Yes. The PEVA lining allows for quick wipe-down cleaning. The outer linen can be spot-cleaned with mild soap and water. We don’t recommend machine washing.

Are the bags insulated?
Yes. The PEVA lining helps maintain temperature for snacks, food items and drinks for short periods. Ideal for school days, nursery and days out.

Where are you based?
We are based in Horwich, Bolton.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes. If you live within Bolton or Chorley postcodes, you’ll see the option for local pickup or local drop-off at checkout. Otherwise, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail.

Where did the name Flossstuff come from?
The name is a fusion of our children’s names — Florence and Ross. Floss + Stuff = Flossstuff.

How long will delivery take?
Standard UK delivery via Royal Mail usually takes 2 to 4 working days. During busy periods (Christmas, sales, launches), this may take slightly longer.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. International delivery may be added in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major debit and credit cards.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return or exchange your item within 14 days as long as it’s unused and in its original condition. More details are available on our Returns & Exchanges page.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with details of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking is provided on most Royal Mail shipments. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Are your bags suitable for school and nursery?
Definitely. Our bags are lightweight, durable, insulated, easy to clean and designed for daily use. Perfect for school, nursery and days out.
